Well, upon recent requests by Untouchable, I added a few things.

To start, I added a friend request system here on the forums. When you click a player's profile, you are able to view what ever they want you to.
Then if you look on the right side above their profile picture, you will see 'Add to my friends list' or 'add to my foes list'.
There you may now ask people to be your friend, and post comments on their profile.

Also due to Untouchable's request and a lot of off-topic posts. I added a section for programming.
You may now discuss server, client, and other programming.
Along with a section for model making, due to that being one of Jacolby's main priorities, and a few members who have shown talent in the model making area.

Also, because I thought the forums were a tad bit bare.
I added a gaming section, there you can discuss any games revolved around Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, Pc, or anything else you can think of.
I hope for people to discuss, and converse about gaming and eventually start socializing in other places as well.

How do you use the scrolling texts?

P.S In my defence I count four or so off topic posts :p You could delete them if you want, since Cejay figured out what I did wrong.
